Often, Harvest Home alumnae will stop by the home to say, “Hello”.  In addition to impromptu alumnae visits, Harvest Home stays in touch with graduates through our Alumnae Follow Up Program.  When a mother and child graduate, we help them through the scary but exciting transition to a new place through home visits, telephone calls, letters, special alumnae events and newsletters.
